We’re hiring a Therapist or Psychologist for our Nashville West team, and we’re especially interested in clinicians with experience in EMDR or Brainspotting and a passion for trauma-informed care.

Who Are You?
You’ll fit right in if you are:
- Licensed in Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
- Experienced with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
- Interested in trauma, substance use, or school-based therapy
- Comfortable with clinical documentation, insurance billing, and community resources
- Credentialed or able to become credentialed with insurance panels
- Authentic, compassionate, collaborative, and maybe just a little unconventional 😉
Your Day-to-Day
You’ll spend your time doing the work that matters:
- Conduct mental health assessments and diagnoses
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality therapy
- Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers
- Collaborate with the clinical team
- Participate in consultation, meetings, and ongoing training
- Maintain a minimum of 27 to 32 clients per week for full-time positions

Compensation: $76,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
