Ellie Mental Health is a highly successful, multi-clinic organization, focused on ending the stigma around mental health, filling the gaps, bringing fresh innovation, compassion, and accessibility to our communities.

Our unique structure lowers the administrative burden traditionally associated with large and small practices, providing a more sustainable, leadership driven model as a viable alternative to exclusively remote provider models that often lead to overworking and burnout. As therapists and leaders, we believe our individual lives and community experiences are richer and more vibrant with the expansion of our clinics and efforts to meet the needs of our clients.  Our rich culture is the fabric that provides the background for both pre-licensed and fully licensed therapists to find their home and to bring their authentic magic to their work.  Our emphasis on providing direct supervision and mentorship for all levels of licensure, brings a richly curated experience to the lives of our therapists.

We are currently recruiting for our expanding clinic location in Conroe, where we are seeking full-time, licensed, and provisionally licensed therapists to join our leadership and therapist driven teams. Ideal candidates must be well-resourced, naturally show compassion and empathy towards one another, have a positive, solution-oriented focus, and assist clients in the discovery and beauty of successful therapist-client relationships.

While standard schedules continue to grow in demand, we are also seeking therapists looking to develop one or more evening and weekend schedules in person and remote sessions. We invite a diverse range of talents, skills, and backgrounds for these positions, offering flexible schedules and the opportunity to work in our beautifully decorated, cozy offices and mixing in an appropriate amount of Telehealth with the right individual providers. Our team is therapist-forward, diverse in thinking and approach, compassionate, and connected to their passion populations.  We strive to create an environment to support the best versions of our providers, and to bring healing to the communities we serve.

 Who is Ellie Mental Health?
Ellie is a growing group of therapy clinics throughout Texas.  Our initial clinics are located in The Woodlands and Conroe, with opportunities throughout the greater Houston market as our vision expands. Our team includes a diverse group of clinical professionals dedicating their careers to caring for their communities. We provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services, with a wide variety of modalities, including EMDR and other specialty therapy practices.

Our clinics are “safe havens” for therapists. Like all Ellie’s we are locally owned and operated, providing impeccable care for our therapists, so they in-turn can provide impeccable care to their clients.

At Ellie Mental Health, we make the clinician’s experience a priority by providing an amazingly supportive and beautiful work environment, a generous combination of compensation, Paid-Time-Off (including a day in your birth month to celebrate the one and only you!), Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k) benefits, outstanding training, and flexibility in scheduling.

Along with the employee benefits offered above, we have a centralized administrative, technology, referral and inquiry support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, billing and collections, and CEU programs for our team. We provide the administrative support that enables our clinicians to have more time to focus on taking care of themselves while taking care of others.  We want our people to feel well-cared for, so they can focus on providing the best care possible and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
