Seeking creative and collaborative humans with a passion for changing mental health care in fun and meaningful ways. Here at Ellie Mental Health, our mission is to fill the gaps and break down stigmas in our field. Ellie Mental Health is determined to be different.

Of course you’re asking, “But HOW are you different?”
Ellie provides services above and beyond a traditional private practice model, encouraging our therapists to create meaningful connections and innovative programming for the community we serve. Ellie clinics are structured to remove many of the daily obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class mental health services. Ellie makes the clinician’s experience a priority by providing inspired solutions like:
  • Excellent compensation that combines the benefits of both salary and fee split models
  • Flexible, self-directed schedules where a full-time caseload starts at 25 clients per week
  • Hybrid workplace options to support our focus on a balanced life for our employees and clients alike
  • Centralized, in-house administrative and technical support for scheduling, billing, contracting and credentialing, and nationally certified CEUs
  • A dedicated Client Access Team to handle new client inquiries, utilizing a proprietary system to schedule according to each therapist’s input and expertise
  • Equitable benefits for every employee (including mandatory PTO, a choice of health insurance plans, and 401k match)
TL;DR: Ellie strives to lower the administrative aspects of providing care to the absolute minimum, so our clinicians have more time to focus on what they love—serving clients! We want our people to be happy, because happy therapists do better work!
