Clinic Description

Ellie Mental Health of Plano is expanding and seeking fully licensed mental health professionals (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) for full and part-time positions. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
  • Utilize creativity and innovative thinking in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all mandatory clinical staff meetings and training (compensated).
Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates must possess a master's degree in behavioral science or a related field from an accredited college or university. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid State of Texas license in their respective fields (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, BCBA, PsyD, PhD).
  • The ideal candidate should have prior experience in developing treatment plans and maintaining clinical case notes.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential.
  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to establish and uphold appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Timely completion and submission of service documentation and other related documents is required.
  • Comfort and experience in working with a diverse clientele are expected.
  • Proficiency in utilizing standard office technology, including computers and email, as well as Electronic Health Record systems, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with social media, marketing, and sales is a plus.
  • Successful candidates will exhibit traits such as teamwork, effective communication, assertiveness, and initiative.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in providing therapy services to families, children, adolescents, teens, couples, and groups.
  • Specialized training and experience in therapeutic approaches such as The Gottman Method and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
  • Expertise and training in evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and/or Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
  • Fluency in multiple languages, making the clinician bilingual and capable of serving diverse populations.
 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $68,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
