We are looking to hire AWESOME fully licensed Mental Health Therapists for our Ellie Mental Health Clinic just north of Pittsburgh in WEXFORD, PENNSYLVANIA!

Please note that this position is HYBRID, meaning that therapist candidates are required to come into our Wexford office at least part of the week while also having the flexibility to work remotely at-home the other part of the week (should you have some level of virtual/remote therapy clients).

  • Compensation: $52,000–$113,000+ per year

What your role entails:

  • Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
  • Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
  • A minimum of 30 weekly scheduled clinical appointments to a diverse population of clients with the expectation of having a minimum of 25 actual weekly billable hours, according to Practice's guidelines and requirements
  • Willingness to be flexible with one's work schedule including working at least two evenings until 8:30pm ET per week or, alternatively, at least one evening until 8:30pm ET plus part of Saturday per week.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
  • Community involvement and engagement.
  • Staying on top of client collections for any outstanding balances owed to the Practice.
  • Coordinating and carrying out occasional client scheduling-related matters not specifically handled by the Practice’s scheduling team.
  • Checking and confirming the accuracy of client insurance verifications performed by the Practice’s verifications team, and if need be, update records accordingly.
  • A sense of humor and desire to have fun in the workplace will certainly help as well!

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field 
  • Candidates should have full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or associate licensure equivalent (LAPC, LSW, LAMFT) at a minimum (i.e. no pre-associate-licensure level applicants will be accepted at this time).
  • Experience completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients 
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner 
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base 
  • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing 
  • General knowledge of Apple products, EHR (Valant is a plus!), Telehealth, and other software platforms 
  • Ability to pass a background check (see note below)
  • Ability to come into the office in Wexford, PA at least part of the week

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $113,000.00 per year
