Senior Outpatient Therapist (Independent License)
(This position may be based at either location and will be determined collaboratively with you and based on clinic needs.)
Clinic Description
- Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes)
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 30 scheduled sessions and 25 completed client visits weekly. If you schedule more and execure more then you earn more.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in our community
- Use creative interventions to support client goals
- Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as needed
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities
- Active Idaho independent license (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW)
- Minimum 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence
- Comfortable with technology and EHR systems (Valant experience preferred)
- Experience managing documentation and client financial conversations
- Ability to pass a background check
- Credentialed with major insurance panels and/or bringing an established caseload
- Experience working across diverse populations and age groups
- Dual licensure in Idaho and Washington preferred

- Tier 3: 30% commission + $20/session base (estimated $90K–$100K annually depending on caseload)
