- Must have a master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university
- Candidates must be a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-R)
- 3 years or more of clinical experience
- Supervisory experience
- Experience with completing evaluations, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to collaborate on a motivated team, excellent work ethic, and strong clinical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Provide services like individual, group, and family therapy
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Provide great customer service by working at least a couple weeknights and/or Saturday
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Bring awesome ideas to the table for topics like groups, outreach, and partnerships
- Trauma focuses (i.e. EMDR)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Humanistic therapy (strength-based, individualized, client-focused)
- Gender identity and sexual orientation
- PTSD
- Group therapy
- Psychotherapy
- Play therapy, art therapy, musical therapy
- Working with older adults 65+
- Flexible hours (you control your schedule – ya know, the way it should be!) with a requirement of 30-35 hours a week

Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
