Responsibilities include: 
  • Complete intakes and establish follow up sessions for individuals, make assessments and diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan,  
  • Prepare and maintain clinical documentation based on company policy  
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission to fill the gap in our community 
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals 
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • For Full-Time status, provide 25-30 hours of direct service per week 
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed 
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings 
Required Qualifications and Skills: 
  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university  
  • Candidates must be license-eligible in Virginia and willing to pursue clinical licensure
  • Experience providing direct therapy to children, adolescents and adults 
  • Experience in completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner 
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!) 
Additional Desired Qualifications and Skills 
  • Ideal candidates will have general knowledge of therapy services provided in an outpatient setting, community resources, and insurance billing 
  • Certified in specialty treatment modalities to include trauma-informed care, TFCBT, EMDR, and Veteran culture
  • Fluent in a language in addition to English

Compensation: $53,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
