What if you could professionally develop your career in a private practice setting without carrying the entire business on your shoulders?

Ellie Mental Health Greenville is looking for experienced therapists who:
  • love working with kids and families
  • are seeking a supportive, fun, successful group private practice to join
  • thrive in a place where growth and collaboration are encouraged
You bring your clinical expertise and authentic self. We support the rest: credentialing, referrals, business-level marketing, admin support, billing and infrastructure!

Our goal is simple: support our clinicians so they can better support our community. We want you to stay focused on providing quality clinical work & building relationships with our community and clients.

The perfect candidates will share our passion for offering quality mental health care, destigmatizing mental health and improving access to care. You get excited about the idea of working with other therapists with varying specialties, niches and backgrounds. You are creative and innovative. You think outside of the box. You do not take yourself too seriously. Having ongoing support, opportunities to learn and grow, and being part of a team are appealing to you. At least some of our values speak to you: creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance and determination.

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further assessment, treatment plan reviews and case notes, according to company policy. The usual.
  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Seriously! Get creative. We are here for it!
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients by collaborating with an internal dynamic team (including med management) and communicating with external providers (case managers, medical personnel, school staff, etc) to further the mission of closing the gaps of care in our community.
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings - and get paid while you do it!
