- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and facilitate individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
- Utilize creativity and humor in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Full-time status clinicians will maintain a caseload of minimum 25 client visits per week.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Maintain documentation according to common sense company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate services with other Ellie staff, families, work personnel, medical professionals, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team building activities.
- Generate ideas during team meetings to help reduce burnout, develop new practice initiatives, increase job satisfaction, and create an enjoyable office atmosphere.

- Candidates must have an LPC, LPCC.
- Master’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related field.
- Willingness to enjoy the work environment, use humor and creativity in the counseling process, and engage colleagues in case consultations.

Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
