We are a fun group practice environment dedicated to prioritizing and nurturing the therapist experience. Position Overview:

Clinical Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system
- Maintain a caseload of clients (minimum 15 client hours weekly)
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events
Supervision Responsibilities:
- Conduct evidenced-based, data informed, and goal driven individual, triadic and group supervision as required to interns and pre-licensed staff to ensure clinical excellence and align with best practices
- Collaborate with Clinic Director to provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals
- Supervise evaluations of mental health diagnoses, creation, and implementation of treatment plans.
- Attend leadership meetings and professional development as required
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates must have clinical licensure in their field in OH with the ability to supervise (e.g. LISW-S or LPCC-S)
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
- Prior supervision experience preferred
