- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- Current licensure as an LMHC or LMFT in New York State.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings.
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping others and promoting mental health awareness.
- Flexibility to accommodate a part-time schedule with evening and weekend availability.

This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
